The time of the arrangement is 4 hours, if nothing else has been communicated on beforehand
To lengthen the time of the arrangement will affect the price and would have to be settled well in advance
How it works:
The group gathers in our pleasant venue for an aperitif and something to chew on
After a brief introduction the group is divided into teams
Each group then re-locates to its working station and start preparing the dish they’ve been handed the responsibility for
Of course, thoroughly guided through the actions by our chef
When the food is prepared the group gets to take a seat at the table
Each group now only has to finish and serve their creations…
… leaving a good amount of time to lean back and enjoy the food, wine and unsurpassed atmosphere of an evening at Ankarsmedjan.
Included:
- The activity as well as the meal
- Sparkling wine and a canapé upon arrival
- Ice bucket with cold beers and more sparkling wine, for the guests to serve themselves during the cooking part of the evening
- Carefully selected wine pairing with the food
- Both sparkling and still water as well as coffee after dinner
Possible additions:
- Upgrade the aperitif to Champagne – 85 SEK per person (vat included)
- More than one glass of wine per dish at the dinner? Let us know and we will refill and charge by the bottle
- Digestive with your coffee such as whisky or calvados – approx. 50 SEK per centiliter
- If there’s time left after coffee you may order more drinks such as wine, beer and easy cocktails.
